"So you have to really know yourself and be true to yourself as a person, then it reflects into the region. You can't imitate something that you're not, that you've never been and that you can't understand, said B.o.B, who many describe as ahead of his time.
He added, "Understanding that if you're trying to make a living off of being an artist, it's different from just being an artist. And you have to understand that it's entertainment and that it's not about you- it's about entertainment. When you understand that and grasp that, that's when you'll be successful."
One thing that you might not know about B.o.B is that he is really into crystal- yes, the mineral. He calls his love of quartz "more of a lifestyle than collection."
He said, "For example…you collect bottle caps. You can't really do much with bottle caps. Crystals, on the other hand, come from the earth. They have energy qualities… That's why they use quartz in computers and watches."
"I'm really heavily into that and could go as deep as you want to go," he added.
Research of quartz crystals shows that they have six primary properties. Those properties are to "structure, store, amplify, focus, transmit and transform energy, which include matter, thought, emotion and information." Clear quartz is known as the "Master Healer" or the "Stone of Power."
